Charles Mack, a proud veteran of both the U.S. Army and Navy, brings the same dedication, discipline, and leadership he honed in service to his role as owner of M&J Landscaping Management LLC. Backed by an MBA and years of business expertise, Charles has grown M&J into a trusted name in landscaping across the greater Phoenix area. His commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer care drives the company’s mission to create outdoor spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful.
Deborah Mack, Co-Owner
As co-owner of M&J Landscaping Management LLC, Deborah Mack brings decades of leadership experience across both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. An EMBA candidate of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, she specializes in strategic, fiscal, and operational management—skills that strengthen M&J’s foundation for sustainable growth and client satisfaction. When not working, Deborah enjoys time with the couple’s children, granddaughter, and their beloved dog, Pippa.
